Pieced Together Quilters Guild has several ongoing charitable projects throughout the year. All members are encouraged to participate in one or more of these projects either in the scheduled meetings in person or by working on the quilts at their leisure.
- Quilts of Valor: Pieced Together Quilters is a group member of the Quilts of Valor Foundation. The Quilts of Valor Foundation has a mission to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting, healing Quilts of Valor.
- Monday Mornings: We meet at the Green Knoll Rescue Squad in Bridgewater on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. This group donates quilts to local charitable organizations.
- Friendship Quilts: Members create quilts using donated fabric, batting, and patterns. We then donate these quilts to the Somerset County CASA organization (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children living in foster care in our area.
- Pet Beds: We sew pet beds and donate them to local animal shelters.
